Florida native Mike Addams has been a fixture on Boston radio since 1973. He arrived at WRKO from the formerly-legendary Top 40 station in Charlotte, North Carolina, WAYS. When WRKO changed to a talk station, he moved to its sister station WROR 98.5, as its Program Director.  Then, Mike moved on as then drive-time host at WHDH, WZOU, Oldies 103 (WODS), and, in 1996, WMJX / Magic 106.7 sister station Country 96.9.

In 2000, he did a little time at WXKS / Kiss 108, Boston.

In 1983, Mike returned to Florida to do afternoon drive at Oldies 93.3 / WFLZ, in Tampa.

Addams is a fantastic entertainer and was well received in his home state. Pretty much all I know (unfortunately) is that.

Since August, 1996, he has been doing mornings at Boston's Magic 106.7 (WMJX), where his show is called "Morning Magic"
