Sorry, but all I know about Brian Phoenix is that he arrived at WRKO from WAVZ, New Haven, and after WRKO, he worked at WOKY in Milwaukee.  Later, he worked at WJBQ, Portland, ME.

So if you know anything about Brian, please let me know.  I want his information on wrko.org.
